Transfer to PEGS Hockey Club
If you haven't registered with Hockey Australia & Hockey Victoria for the current year, you can commence the registration process through PEGS Hockey Club. This will trigger a transfer request that requires approval from your current club and Hockey Victoria before completion.
Note: Please ensure that you are financially up to date with your current club before requesting a transfer, as they may block the transfer if outstanding fees exist.
If you've registered with another club in the current calendar year, please send your National ID number to: registrations@pegshockeyclub.com.au. We'll proceed with initiating a transfer request on your behalf.
It's important to ensure there are no outstanding dues with your current club.
NB: If you have already registered with another club and then register with PEGS, this will be considered a Dual Registration, not a transfer. You will need to contact Hockey Victoria to remove the dual registration and initiate the transfer for you.
Please do not create duplicate accounts. Records must be moved from your current club to your new club.
Unfortunately, in some circumstances where a double payment of HV Membership has occurred, HV may be unable to provide refunds.
Transfer from PEGS Hockey Club (to another Hockey Club)
All outstanding debt must be settled with Pegs Hockey Club before a transfer to another club will be approved.

Transfer Requirements/Times
- Transfers must be requested no later than (2) two full business days before the first match in which the registered player intends to play for another Affiliate or at PEGS.
- The transfer must be lodged before 30 June in the current year of the competition if the registered player has a playing record in an HV competition during the current year.
- The transfer must be lodged before 30 June in the current year of the competition if the registered player has a playing record in the current year and intends to play in the first team for the league side.
- The transfer must be lodged before 30 September in the current year of the competition if the registered player does not have a playing record in the current year.
